How To Grow Your Hair 19 Inches Overnight With Eggs

Are you tired of trying to grow your hair out and having it break off; There’s no need to get frustrated! You need to ensure you’re eating the right foods to help your hair grow and taking the right vitamins and supplements to help reduce hair loss and promote healthy hair growth!

That’s why we wrote this article. to share some of my tips on how to grow your hair overnight with eggs.

The best foods to eat

Eating foods high in protein, nutrients, and water is the key to growing your hair fast. Eggs, specifically egg whites, are a great place to start.

Egg whites are packed with vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that strengthen strands, increase their elasticity and nourish them from root to tip. Suppose you’re serious about improving your hair growth rate overnight. In that case, a diet containing eggs will go a long way towards helping you achieve your goals!

Step 1: Separate an egg and put it in the freezer

Separating an egg is as easy as cracking it on a flat surface. Still, many people find that breaking it against a flat surface can lead to broken yolks. There’s also disagreement about separating it over another bowl or using your hands.

Some sources say using your hands will get more of the egg white into the solution, leading to a more significant volume. Regardless of how you separate it, putting half of an egg in a container with a lid and freezing it for later use is probably one of the most important steps you can take if you want to try out some hair-growing overnight remedies.

It’s possible that freezing part of an egg might help your hair grow more quickly because proteins break down slowly at lower temperatures.

Step 2: Wash your hair

Use a lukewarm egg yolk. Apply the egg yolk to your hair and massage it, ensuring you cover every strand of hair. Cover your hair with plastic wrap and a towel and let it sit for 30 minutes. Wash out excess egg white from your hair.

Using shampoo and conditioner, wash your hair as usual but rinse thoroughly to ensure all of the egg has been washed out of your hair. You may need several washes before you’re sure no more egg is left in your hair.

Style as usual when you are confident that everything has been rinsed out! It is essential not to use hot water when washing your hair after using eggs. This will cause too much damage to your hair, so use warm or cold water instead.

The following day: Do not rewash your hair; only apply one egg yolk overnight and leave it on overnight (no longer than 12 hours). Repeat step 2 above by washing out all of the egg white that was left behind after 12 hours have passed. Style as usual!

Do not use heat on your hair during these steps (blow dryers, curling irons, etc.). Also, avoid swimming in pools or chlorinated water during these steps because chlorine can damage your newly growing locks. At the same time, they are still fragile and susceptible to breakage.

Step 3: Apply egg yolk directly to the scalp

Using your fingers, apply one raw egg yolk directly to your scalp. (Only apply it on your scalp avoid applying it anywhere else). Let it sit for 5 minutes, then rinse it with cold water.

Be sure not to apply too much, as an egg can clog pores and cause breakouts in oily skin types. If you have dry skin, using one raw egg yolk can be highly moisturizing!

Rinse off excess egg yolk after application. After rinsing, use a towel or shower cap to squeeze out excess water, so hair isn’t dripping wet when combed out.

For an extra boost of protein, apply one more time. Wait 2-3 days before rewashing your hair. This will give your hair time to soak up egg protein goodness! After two washes, you should notice a significant difference in how long and thick your hair is!

You may also want to try shampooing every other day instead of daily while using eggs to grow longer locks quickly.

If you find buildup from the eggs occurring on your scalp after several uses, add apple cider vinegar into one cup of water and spray it onto your head daily before bedtime before going to sleep for best results.

Step 4: Cover head with a towel

After wetting your hair, place a small towel around your head and lightly pat yourself dry. The towel will help keep your hair from getting too wet and weigh it down, so you won’t have to wait long for it to dry.

Covering your head with a towel also prevents excess water from dripping onto furniture or floors, where it can cause damage. Remember that you shouldn’t leave a towel on overnight or let it sit for too long; that could also damage your hair.

Step 5: Wash out the egg and go straight to bed

After following these steps, you’ll be amazed at how much hair has grown. Just be careful not to wash out your hard work too soon the egg needs time to sit in your hair and get hard. The longer it stays in, the better it will be at stimulating new growth.

So wash out that egg no earlier than an hour before bedtime. Then hop into bed and wait for morning. When you wake up, rinse off all traces of eggs (you might want to shampoo twice), and your locks look amazing!

Step 6: Repeat the next day

Wash your hair with egg, put it in a towel, and leave it there for an hour. Repeat every day until you have reached your desired length.

(You may even want to use eggs as a conditioner when you are finished) I highly recommend doing an egg treatment at least once a week! Do not wash your hair with soap or shampoo while treating your egg. You can shampoo it once per week or so, but only do it if necessary!

Conclusion

It’s been proven that those who eat egg yolks have longer, stronger, and more lustrous hair than those who don’t. It’s so well known that Chinese martial artists eat two eggs daily for their luscious locks.

If you want healthy, long hair overnight, get cracking! The best part is that it doesn’t take much just one egg yolk a day will suffice. No matter how long your hair is right now (and even if you aren’t sure what your natural length is), work one yolk a day into your diet; within months, you should see results.
